After 20 years, the garden of San Cristobal is repaired and improved while maintaining all the trees (23/07/2009)

Last week began the refurbishment of the Garden of San Cristobal.

With this action, the City of Alhama de Murcia, through the Department of Parks and Gardens aims to improve the green space by providing it with new and enhanced infrastructure.

The aforementioned garden, which has over 4,000 square meters, was built over 20 years, so that its use and weather have deteriorated greatly.

This garden has a large shadow so that the refurbishment of the area complies with the most trees.

Adela de San Nicolás says about that "when doing the project was thought from the outset to fit all the space in view of the trees."

It adds that "the primary objective is to give the greatest use to all the green spaces, thus facilitating the coexistence of all ages, botany, etc.
