Chapter II.
It rained steadily in the last cry of "unforgettable days of fair and festivals, never worse organized and memorable in years, decades ..." when my admired artist and a better person José María Cánovas Vera, in his address, expressed and uttered messages to the population with the intention that the alhameņos stop being predictable.
Demonstrated with new, wanting to create, to perform regardless of the stereotypes that we mark today's society.
Ultimately that Alhama regain those years of life, personal and artistic creativity, fleeing the set routine.
Maybe those words came to many ears alhameņos less sharper, who should collect these sound effects, it was none other than Councillor for Culture and Heritage.
Alhama is not, we see, ultimately, to cultural programming made with sticks and pebbles, with patches of different councils, and without the slightest hint of novelty, inventiveness and no sight without any silver lining to offer a highly responsive wealth by the alhameņos.
Subsisting thanks to the efforts of associations, groups and individuals who selflessly and with the concern to offer their work to the people, stand in actors of culture in Alhama.
And, what can be done to improve?
Well, here we show a series of projects that can help:

Third .- The Granary was a project that took much effort, and where many alhameņos, through an employment workshop, put their grain of sand.
And all of this deserves to be valued.
It is currently underutilized, dying and left the fate of occasional exposure.
The lower room could easily host a permanent exhibition of our three most famous painters (M ÂĒ Andreo, Aurelio and Almagro).
If you conclude the negotiations were so advanced that to get to the house next, it could bring a large room with a representative of the most distinguished artists.
In addition, the upper room, can be a permanent center of painting, which would accommodate all types of rock art (adults, children, women, meeting artists ...).

Fourth .- The new policies of the Ministry of Culture is to promote cultural tourism.
Well, we have the ideal raw material.
Archaeological Center Los Baņos is a center with excellent conditions to develop a program of exhibitions of renowned artists, which would entail a greater influx of tourists to Alhama, and therefore increased consumption of services (trade, hotels ...) .
But to do this, you must be in the cultural market, to day.
And, Alhama in regard to cultural institutions, remains in their heritage.
Fifth .- The Children's Cultural Programming is provided without continuity, without a view to facilitating subsequent action for the indigenous people of cultural consumption.
