The Plenum of the Corporation finally approved Municipal Ordinance Regulating the Licensing of Activity for Industry, Shops and Establishments (27/01/2009)

On Tuesday night the House 24 of the Municipal Corporation gave final approval to the Municipal Ordinance Regulating the Licensing of Activity for Industries, Businesses and Establishments.

This local ordinance replaces the previous document adopted in 1994 which, over time, had become obsolete both by the same social reality that serves as the new legislation governing these matters.

In addition, this new document was needed once adopted by states Pepe PGOM Swords, Town Planning of the City of Alhama.
