Contest Rules governing Parade Carnival (08/02/2016)

Since the end of the 80s the city of Alhama de Murcia is conducting a contest Carnival Parade, Piñata Sunday.

In the 90s this parade by consensus among the rocks and the City moved to the Saturday before Sunday Piñata.

The City of Alhama de Murcia, through the present terms and conditions, calls and regulates the rules for the participation of Clubs and Groups Holidays in the Carnival Parade Contest 2016, to be held on February 13 in Alhama de Murcia.

This document aims to regulate the participation of the different penalties and holidays Groups who are interested in participating in this parade, ensuring that it occurs normally, so as to ensure that this activity provides greater animation and healthy entertainment and enjoyment for all : parade participants and spectators.

DATE: Parade-Contest will be held on Saturday February 13, 2016, from 16:30 hours.

DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION CARNIVAL PARADE 2016

They may participate in the parade those rocks and public groups that request and shall consist of at least 10 components that are 13 years or more.

Whenever exceed 15 groups, the participation of the participating groups of Alhama, a maximum of participating groups outside Alhama 10 groups will be established (being supported these groups in order of registration).

But if Alhama were less than 15 groups or clubs you may register a greater number of outside groups to be established by the Department of Festivities.

They must be present and placed in the starting position (on the Avenue of the Constitution), in the place designated by the Department of Celebration, when output Parade, that is at 16:30 h.

in either case they may be expelled from the parade, at the request of the Department of Celebration, by agents of the local police or members of Civil Protection, as well as receive the prize-help participation in it.

Failure to meet any of these points (as expressed in some of them) may lead to the expulsion of Parade and / or receive one or more of the prizes awarded, at the discretion of the Department of Celebration which will be informed by one of the participants in the organization (civil protection, local police, municipal) or any member of the jury.

Participation in the parade implies acceptance of these rules, which must be signed by the head of the group once you sign up at the Department of Celebrations of the City of Alhama de Murcia.

The Carnival Parade Contest will take place on Saturday February 13, 2016, from 16:30 pm with the following route: Constitution Avenue, Rambla Don Diego, Avenida Sierra Espuña, Isaac Albéniz, Molino, Rambla Don Diego, Log, La Feria, Juan Carlos I and Municipal Auditorium.

Finishing the parade will receive their awards at the municipal auditorium.

AWARDS

Parade for a competition calls for the best costumes and parades, of registered groups.

The proposal of the prizes for the best costumes, participants of Alhama is:

Collective awards:

1st Prize: 180 € and trophy

2nd Prize: 120 € and trophy

3rd Prize: 90 € and trophy

4th Prize: 60 € and trophy

5th Prize: 50 € and trophy

2 consistent prize in trophies

special consolation prize for the best group of the Rocks Visitors

Individual awards

1st Prize: € 100 and trophy

2nd Prize: 60 € and trophy

3rd Prize: 50 € and trophy

Second prize consisting of trophy

Total prize costume prizes: € 710

The latest editions an award for participation aimed at groups or clubs at least 10 participants from 16 years or more, 150 € is given.

This year 2016 will proceed to register the participating groups, with the foregoing and making an estimate of 32 groups or clubs the funding conditions would be 4,800 €.

Workers at the Department of Celebration checked at the start and halfway if registered groups and components are to be carried.

All the awards will go reflected in the jury (the jury will be appointed by the Department of Celebrations between members of the Advisory Board and others who do not participate in the parade and are related to the carnival and costumes).

DEADLINE AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE SAME: The registration period ends on February 9, 2016, at 14 hours.

Anyone interested should register at the office of Celebration at the Casa de Cultura de Alhama, presenting the following information and documents:

-Name Of the Association, rock or collective CIF thereof, representative of the holder of the collective or if single, NIF, address and telephone number.

-Item Disguise.

-Ficha Third parties for bank details to be provided by the Department of Festivities.

they -must sign a document as their acceptance of these terms and conditions for the parade.

JURY

The jury will be composed of experts in the field appointed by the Department of Celebration and assess all registered to contest groups, according to these rules.

The jury will be chaired by the Councillor of Celebration and Secretary of the same will be the coach of festivities that take minutes.

RESOLUTION AND NOTIFICATION

Once the jury has seen the parade, which will in the place determined by the Department of Celebration, the jury will meet to award the prizes summoned.

Reads the jury, will receive their awards, the parade ended at the Municipal Auditorium, communicating to the winners at the awards-ceremony.

The result will be announced on the municipal website and the door of the Office of Celebration, located in the Casa de Cultura will be discussed.

The organization (in this case the Department of Celebrations) reserves the right to make changes and take initiatives not covered in the rules, provided that they contribute to better development of the activity.
