The Chairman of Transparency Murcia, economist and sociologist Jose Molina Molina, visited our town this afternoon to mark the September 28, International Day of Transparency.
Alhama City was the first of those that make up the autonomous region to sign the manifesto signed this morning by the Regional Assembly.
In the act, the council Transparency Antonio José Box, highlighted some of the most important measures that have been taken in these first 100 days in office, as the implementation of the Transparency Portal on the municipal website.
"The changes we have started is the modification of the Statute of citizen participation. Regarding the municipal website now all political groups have a space where they can publish their payroll, assessment of plenary sessions and other information we are also publishing the integrity of the Local Government records, something that was not done until now. "
Jose Molina stated that "deserved Alhama we were here today, after approving the manifesto in the Assembly, because in his program in the last election transparency had a priority".
In his presentation commented that "we are at a critical moment because it lacked transparency, we have deceived each other."
For Molina "the system is reinforced with an active, permanent citizenship, which collaborates with institutions and working every day to improve society".
