The third plenary of this term has been characterized, as happened with the previous, lack of content and proposals by the government team.
Again, as happened previously, the Socialist government has attempted to make up their deficiencies presenting a full dedicated especially to the "transparency".
Theme is divided into several points to appear more quantity but ultimately could be limited to one point.
The PSOE de Alhama intended to show to the citizens as the party of transparency, however, they are late, since there are several examples that confirm and demonstrate that the Popular Party has long since decided to be transparent.
First, since the central government of the Popular Party was approved in 2013 the transparency law, access to public information and good governance.
Secondly a motion amended on transparency and good governance by the United Left, which the PSOE voted against Alhama was approved during the previous legislature.
To this can be added creation of rules for citizen participation and participatory budgeting.
Besides the commitment, under signature, the popular group with the other candidates in the elections, good governance, transparency and accountability measures among others.
Therefore, the PSOE de Alhama can not establish itself as the standard bearer of this process.
However, the popular group gave their vote in favor, since it calls for an open policy, as has been suggested, transparent.
In short, unless the motions filed by the United Left, the regular full month of August can be defined as empty.
That is why we urge the government team to once and for all to work and put facts show everything proclaimed during the campaign.
