With the aim of bringing the natural values ​​of the gaps in Las Salinas and Saladares to local residents and seeking their involvement to achieve conservation of important natural areas, which are home to unique species in Europe and extinction in the planet, such as the White-headed Duck, the City of Alhama de Murcia, through its Department of Environment, the LIFE project of European character, aims to develop the necessary actions to protect the White-headed Duck filed .
Framed in these actions is developing social Program Volunteer Awareness and Conservation of White-headed Duck in Alhama de Murcia has been developing various volunteer activities such as lectures, workshops and visits to places of work object.

To apply to this competition the following issues must be taken into account:

2. The theme of the photographs will focus on landscapes, species and sustainable human activities Lagunas de las Salinas and Saladares Guadalentín.

4. The works will be exhibited on Friday, December 19, at the Hall of Casa de la Cultura, announcing the jury that day, on the Closing Day Volunteer Program for the Conservation of the White-headed Duck in Alhama de Murcia which will take place from 19pm at the Casa de la Cultura.
