Jose Molina Molina explains the keys to overcoming the crisis in the presentation of "Citizen and Public Expenditure" (17/11/2014)

Diego Conesa, in his speech, stressed that most cases of municipal corruption are linked to large public service contracts

This Wednesday November 12 took place the presentation of the book Citizen and Public Expenditure 'the economist and sociologist Jose Molina Molina.

The event, held at Cafe Los Olmos, attended by thirty neighbors and the participation of the Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras, president of the Citizens Forum Murcia, Patricio Hernández, and our candidate for the PSOE mayor of Alhama, Diego Conesa.

Jose Molina said in his statement that the budget is a lever to exit the crisis.

He stressed that "the way out of the crisis has three indicators, three arrows are transparency, good governance and accountability" and that "we have to participate and make the politics and economics serve the citizen and not vice versa. "

Mayor Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras, outlined initiatives carried out in this town, noting the importance of the battle of ideas against the battle of ideologies.

Patricio Hernández, president of Citizens' Forum of the Region of Murcia, stressed that "we are in a financial crisis that has led to an acute social crisis" and cited Murcia 87,000 households currently living salary grandparents.

Diego Conesa, PSOE candidate for Mayor of Alhama, in his speech defended the proposals and commitments it has launched since he became General Secretary of the party for involving members and supporters.

He spoke about corruption, noting that in the history of our democracy the majority of cases of municipal corruption have been very close, except for the years of brick, large public service contracts, and the best way to fight it is with the utmost transparency and participation.

He ended saying that "there are three legs on the same route that can be understood separately, but if removed fall others: commitment, maximum transparency in governance, and citizen participation in these important decisions for the future of our people" .
