Next week will be the School Theatre Festival in which the various workshops that have been held in the township schools, will stage several plays (one per workshop).
The show will take place on 4 and 5 June from 20.00 at the Teatro Cine Velasco.
On Wednesday, June 4th Ginés Díaz San Cristóbal will stage the plays "A History of Angels and Demons" and "Locked".
Students will follow the Prince of Spain with the play "A very Rico Case".
Will be Thursday, June 5 when the CEIP Our Lady of the Rosary put on stage the play "Computer Virus" to what will follow the work of the CEIP Ricardo Codorniu "Not without me. Mobile Phone" and "Where are you? CEIP Espuña.
The City Council of Alhama de Murcia, through its Department of Education, launched at the beginning of the legislature various theater workshops which bid to schools in the locality.
Since its inception, the number of students has increased reaching this course, to double in school workshops Ginés Díaz Saint Kitts and double the number of students the first year total respect.
Around hundred students are part of the workshops (49 in the San Cristóbal Díaz Ginés, with two workshops, 26 children in Espuña 13 in the Prince of Spain, Ricardo Codorniu 9 and 13 in the Virgen del Rosario ).
During the course of the workshop, its director, the Councillor for Education, Ana Fernandez has been visiting one by one the students and teachers interested in their development.
Unanimity has been clear since all showed their enthusiasm to the workshops.
In this sense, the mayor also own students and teachers showed their appreciation for the great reception that is taking the initiative that he says will turn to propose for next year.
The workshops are being taught by theater professionals as Ramón Valverde, Yolanda, Diego Martínez and Jesús María Pérez.
