First year regular full six points on the agenda, where all were approved unanimously by all the groups that make up the council.
The first account of delinquency report for the fourth quarter of last year, where the council gave public accounts of the evolution of the invoices submitted and paid within the time limit prescribed by law as well as delinquency which are pending Pay differentiating those that are within the permissible limit and not.
A Foundation of account which shows that our accounting is closed on December 31 and where payments were made in the quarter for a total of 2,690,000 euros, and where we remain unpaid, within the period allowed a total of 333 bills amounting to 921,093 euros and maximum period out of a total of 289 bills for a total of 313,446.
We marked tonic from the collection to keep our average payment period in 52.75 days, in order to avoid liquidity problems, which allows us to fulfill the obligations of our council and a reasonable margin to negotiate prices advantageous to the payment security.
It was also agreed by a vote of all reversion to municipal ownership of two plots that were assigned to INFO in our industrial park and wherein upon the efforts of our mayor is negotiating the provision of other regional technology centers for implantation and location in our Industrial Park, which undoubtedly will provide an added value to our park to be installed in the centers aimed at technological development of companies in the sector they represent a commitment to R & D and the establishment of companies that are committed to this value.
Go ahead and vote with the participation of all groups to the proposal from the Department of Planning to apply to the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Region, following the establishment of the municipal records, cataloging and intangible heritage of the mineral waters of Alhama de Murcia.
In January BORM was published in the statement of our hot springs, currently still at the stage of applying for the use of this water for our town, and in this context was adopted unanimously by all groups in this application that last instance intended the statement as intangible asset of our waters and everything related to them, in line with the provisions of the law on protection of intangible cultural heritage adopted on November 8 last year's project, in compliance with an EU directive and convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of UNESCO adopted in 2003 and ratified by Spain in 2006.
The council is pioneering initiative in the region and we do, no doubt, with the history of our town and resumed in the water where it already held up the BIC, and all linked to, items such as springs directors elements of culture water and form part of the demonstrations and knowledge they have generated the historical process and thus the identity of our town.
