Youth Councillor, Carmen Maria Rodriguez, recalled that the Municipal Children, located in the Yellow House (Garden of the Americas), is open year round during business hours 17-20 hours.
It has also announced that it will continue service until July 31, but that the new summer schedule will be provided Monday through Friday, from June 24, 18 to 21 h.
The mayor also stressed that the Municipal Children is for children from 6-12 years.

Summer Camps
Moreover, the charge of Youth has announced that, as usual, its area has organized two camps for children and youth in the summer.
The camp "El Collado", will take place from 3 to 9 July at the Farm School "El Collado" located in Glens Romero (Mazarrón).
It has 50 seats and the entry fee is 190 €.
Designed for children of 7-12 years living in Alhama, if there remain places for covering children could participate in other municipalities.
The camp features trips, sports activities, orientation activities, pool games, workshops ....
Moreover, "Venture", will take place from 10 to 17 July in the same position as before, the Farm School "El Collado".
It has 20 seats and your registration fee is 220 €.
It is designed for young people 13-16 years living in Alhama.
As in the above, only if there are places to be filled, open to young people from other municipalities.
In this camp the young can enjoy water sports, canoeing, night Espuña, games, workshops, counseling, Paint ball ....
