Associations and citizens' organizations that meet the requirements of the Statute of Citizenship have been summoned to a meeting on June 12, Tuesday, at 20 h.
in which shall constitute the local board of Citizen Participation in bringing together representatives of all of them, along with the village headman and a representative from each political group city.
The agenda of the meeting is as follows:
1. - Introduction and welcome by the Mayor of Alhama de Murcia.
2. - Explanation of the composition, functions and purposes of this Board by the Councillor for Citizen Participation.
3. - Collection of credentials of representation and act of incorporation of the local board of Citizen Participation.
4. - Appointment of the Board of the Local PC
5. - Any other business.
The Local Board Participation is configured as an advisory body to the municipal corporation of Alhama de Murcia, whose primary mission is to offer strategies for managing the affairs of the municipality, coordinating and moving the municipal government the proposals submitted in local development, strategic planning and major projects of the municipality.
In the event that any of these associations and citizens' organizations have not received the call, please contact City Secretary to correct any errors.
