Great projects Murcianos, SA (PREMURSA) has this morning signed an affidavit, in agreement with the owners of the land which will house the Paramount Park and Lifestyle Center in Alhama de Murcia, whereby extending until the next 7 March, the act of execution of the sale of the land.

This delay responds to technical and legal reasons, beyond PREMURSA, which have emerged in the process of buying, selling and waiting remedied in due time.

Thus, it is expected that in a month can give effect to this transaction and PREMURSA can pay the € 15,812,851 and was granted the deed to the land of Alhama de Murcia.

As noted Jesus Samper, President of PREMURSA, this "will not delay the deadlines set for the construction of Paramount Park and LifeStyle Center."

Currently working daily in the designs, as well as in processing municipal urban and is expected to place the first stone in May this year.

This purchase will be a step in the project which includes Paramount's first theme park in Europe and the LifeStyle Center, a multi-cultural, business and leisure, situated in a prime location for its geographical, historical and climatic conditions.

The land, located in Alhama de Murcia, has a total area of ​​1,812,926.83 m², of which 774,777.83 m² will go to Paramount Park and 1,038,149 m² the LifeStyle Center.
