Workers at the company's Plum SL, convened by the works council to represent them, have made this afternoon at the factory in Alhama de Murcia a symbolic strike in support of the company after reports in the local media National motivated by complaints from two former employees of the company.

A special commitment to a great team of professionals, who for half a century we have worked every day in this company, feeling part of it, in a perfect harmony between all of us involved in improving every day.
Thanks to the efforts of all of us at The Plum, more than 2,000 families in the region of Murcia, which can eat every day.
The news we've seen in recent days about our company have hurt our pride because we are part of this house.
The Plum workers want to show that we are not identified with the allegations that now everyone knows.
Since working here respect for workers has been one of the main hallmarks of this company.
So I have always felt and so we still feel, even more now that it has challenged an institution with 50 years of history and continuous improvement in all areas, which has never been problems with workers.
