The Minister of Universities, Business and Research office, Salvador Marín, accompanied by representatives of the municipal corporation and conservation entity IndustriAlhama Industrial Park inaugurated the new facilities and equipment of these facilities and increasing the services offered by the polygon with to improve business development and supply for plants and the arrival of new projects.
The new facilities consist of a parking space that offers a total of 83 parking spaces, of which 69 are for trucks and 14 are passenger car, on a plot of 19,700 square meters.
This space also has a video surveillance system and lighting.
The facilities also include the construction of a leisure and recreational area that will serve all users and has two paddle courts, two handball courts, a climbing wall and a football ground, as well as changing rooms, toilets, landscaping and lighting, in an area of ​​5,000 square meters.
Marín said that "from the regional government have opted for the Industrial Park IndustriAlhama even more competitive by providing it with the best services for businesses that are already installed and for those that come here in the future result of the work of Catchment Plan investments. The storage and maintenance of this polygon as the provision of equipment and services help to create an optimal environment for the development of the industrial activity of enterprises are located here. "
These new infrastructures, framed in the Comprehensive Improvement Plan Park, have received an investment of 225,000 euros to bring together the Department of Enterprise, through the Instituto de Fomento (Info), the City Council and the entity of the Preservation and Maintenance Park.
IndustriAlhama
In total there are now four partial plans developed by the Community in the Industrial Park Alhama de Murcia, which has a total built-up area of ​​over 1.5 million square meters, making it one of the industrial enclaves Significant Regional.
In that sense, Marin stressed that "the privileged position in terms of access and communication of the Park is one of the most attractive for development as it is located in the center of the triangle Murcia-Cartagena-Lorca and only 20 minutes from the future International Airport Region of Murcia. "
In addition, the site houses the Center for Business Development IndustriAlhama (CIDE), which integrates various services aimed at promoting business and trade in the area, among which is a hall with capacity for 130 people, several rooms together, a training room, three shops and six business incubators for entrepreneurs.
This building also houses the offices IndustriAlhama, the Conservation Authority and Maintenance, and municipal and regional offices for personal attention for employers in the industrial park.
Marin said the work of the Public Land and Business Equipment in the Region of Murcia (Seremur) in the coordination and planning of industrial land and infrastructure, as well as building activities and improvement of existing industrial parks.
