The Director General of Tourism, Marina Garcia, mayor of Alhama de Murcia, José Espadas, and President for the Spanish Tourism Quality (ICTE) in the regional delegation, Manuel Barón, today presided over the ceremony of the plate Q Quality Tourism to the Tourism Bureau of the town, for excellence and reliability of its care services to citizens.
Garcia congratulated the office workers for their efforts and professionalism and recalled that, with this distitintivo, the town of Alhama already has two plants certified with the Q for Tourist Quality, the other being the Espuña Camping.
Also, the tourism director said that "today the region has seven offices with the information certified quality Q, which makes it the fifth community in number of certifications in this segment in the national ranking, along with Asturias ".
Today, he added, "the Region of Murcia has a total of 104 establishments with the Q for Tourist Quality, private companies and public entities, and has established itself as a national benchmark for their commitment to implementation of management systems of quality. "
