The City of Alhama de Murcia, through the Department of Women has called the Literary Contest March 8, an activity that is part of the commemoration of International Women's Day.
The purpose of the contest is to promote equality of opportunity, and it may involve all residents in Alhama over 16 years.
The papers can be sent by regular mail to the Department of Women and the deadline is February 25.
The jury will be announced on March 1, 2011 and awards will be made about the events organized to commemorate Women's Day.
Participants will be eligible for three prizes of 290, 200 and 150 euros respectively.

As in the bulletin board of both the City Council and the Department of Women, located in the Women's Business Incubator.
