All this after last Monday the mercury inside the pool did not exceed 25 degrees Celsius, due to abnormal operation of the boiler during the weekend.
A problem that meant the suspension of the courses Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Among the decisions adopted at the meeting, the beginning of the second quarter for the first week of January was established, which will also delay the start and end of the third quarter with the aim of reducing the hours of water activities for users. .
Additionally, an agreement has been reached to carry out different free activities throughout the month of January that compensate for the losses caused to users throughout this first quarter.
The councilor has transferred them to the monitors that, after the contacts established with both Redexis (gas supply company) and EDP (gas distributor), expects that during the first week of January the new boiler will be installed to solve the problem. the problems of low water temperature.
Currently the temperature of the small pool is 28.5 degrees, being the ideal value between 29 and 30 degrees.
And in the large pool is 26 degrees, when it should oscillate between 27 and 28.5 degrees.
During this weekend the classes will be developed normally for those people enrolled in the first trimester or for those who have renewed the second trimester.
The week of December 26 to 30 will be free bath for these same users.
The Councilor for Sports apologizes for the inconvenience caused and encourages the neighbors to continue using these facilities.
