The Plenary this Tuesday approved a proposal of the councilor of Urbanism for the 40% bonus of the Construction and Construction Tax (ICIO) on the project to expand the Hotel-Restaurant Julián.

The bonus has been made possible by changes introduced in the 2016 tax ordinances, which regulated this tax incentive for new hotels or expansion of existing places.

On May 5, the Government team held a meeting with the management of the company to know the expansion project first hand.

In the same the owners of the hotel said that this reduction of the ICIO "has been a fundamental aid in making the decision".
