The City Council of Alhama de Murcia, through its Department of Works and Services, has again complained to the Directorate General of Highways of the Autonomous Community of the urgent arrangement of the RM-515 road linking Alhama, Gebas, El Berro and Pliego , In view of the progressive deterioration of the firm and the serious danger that it generates for the traffic.
There are two marked areas in which the road has yielded after heavy rains last December.
The councils of Works and Services and Pedanias show their discomfort by this situation and its manager, Antonio Garcia, has addressed the Director General of Roads to immediately address the repeated requests made by this City.
Specifically from the council was brought to the attention of the technicians of the Ministry this problem on 20 December.
Only one day later, on 21 December, an agreement was approved by the Local Government Board to request the Directorate General of Highways of the Autonomous Community of Murcia requesting the urgent settlement of the serious damages in the RM-515.
The next day an office was sent to this body, accompanied by the agreement, for his knowledge.
In the regular ordinary held on December 27, 2016, the same petition was unanimously approved by all political groups.
