A) Personal Injury
They can be requested in case of death or absolute and permanent disability.
The aid can reach up to € 18,000.
As requirements are required coexistence and economic dependence of the deceased or invalid.
B) Material damages
1. Aid for damage to property on the property.
In these cases only those who have suffered damages in their habitual residence, first home, in property can request aid.
The aid can be requested in these cases:
- Total destruction, with an aid limit of € 15,120.
- Structural damage, with an aid limit of 50% of the damage assessed and with a maximum of € 10,320.
- Non-structural damage, with an aid limit of 50% of the damage assessed and with a maximum of 5,160 €.
Requirements:
In this case the ownership of the home must be accredited by means of timely documentation (writing, simple note ...).
It must also be accredited that this is the usual residence through the appropriate certificate of registration.
Finally, economic requirements must be met, in the applicant and / or his / her family unit.
The income limit varies according to the number of family members, based on the IPREM.
As an example, for a family unit of 3 or 4 members, the income limit for accessing a 100% aid is IPREM + 80%, that is, a total amount of previous year's income of € 13,419.25 And for a 50% aid, the limit on the amount of income is 2.5 times the IPREM + 80%, which is equivalent to the amount of 33,548.13 €.
2. Aid for damage to household necessities.
These are aid to repair or replace damage to essential belongings of the habitual residence and this even if it is not housing in property.
In this case it can be tenants, residents in precarious, etc.
They should be furniture, appliances and, in general, basic domestic equipment, not luxury (luxury).
Also, the applicant must meet the economic requirements and the maximum amount of the aid is € 2,580.
3. Other aid for property damage:
- Aid to communities of owners for damages in common elements of buildings.
It will be necessary for the community to have contracted and in force insurance at the time of the events.
- Aid to holders of commercial, industrial and / or service establishments with less than 50 employees.
It will be necessary that the interested party has contracted and in force an insurance at the moment in which the facts occurred.
