Alhama City Council has organized this morning a first training day for public employees in order to meet the major innovations introduced by the laws 39/2015 and 40/2015 on administrative procedure and legal system in public administrations.
Some changes focused on communication with citizens and businesses through digital format and which have a single electronic file between different administrations.
The user will have the option to choose between paper and physical process via computer, with the advantage of being able to perform the operations at any time.
The town clerk and a technician of the administration have been responsible for explaining the new law, which takes effect from October 2.
