On May 22, the 2nd Ecoferia of Alhama de Murcia will be held (10/05/2016)

This morning Nani Navarro Councillor for Commerce and Catering accompanied by Pedro Casamayor, secretary of the Association La hotbed presented the 2nd Ecoferia Alhama de Murcia, which will be held on May 22, from 10:00 a.m. until 14: 00h in the park of the Cuban

Navarro has invited visitors to learn alhameños and 2nd Ecoferia, noting that on our visit in addition to organic products, installed artisans explain us how to live and see life through these products.

Pedro Casamayor thanked the City Council and especially the Department of Trade and Hospitality collaboration that from the outset, told the association's hotbed for this new edition of the EcoFair.

Association that began in 2005 and which currently consists of 20 families, is dedicated to activities related to the promotion, education, healthy and organic food, and especially to activities related to the eco-development of the town activities.

Casamayor has invited all citizens to participate in this fair, which will feature different groups, associations and artisans who make this day a "feast of ecology".

This year the 2nd Ecoferia has the following participants:

Caprilac, artisan cheese factory of organic production.

ARBA, association recovery of native forest.

Conscious movement of Medicinal Plants, an association that promotes and defends information and good use of medicinal plants.

Murcia Awake, association organic cosmetics and cleaning products.

Murcia eat;

beers, artisan jams.

Verdiana, organic vegetables and fruit, which has its place in Alhama.

Diego Martinez J. Ceron, artisan soaps.

Thomas Ferro, organic wines.

Bamboo, aromatic, medicinal and ornamental plants.

Rachida, Moroccan sweets.

Greening Organic Food, vegetables, oils, pastas, preserves, jams, etc.

Murcia Red Seed, non-profit association dedicated to recovering traditional varieties and local knowledge within sustainable agriculture.

The Association hotbed of Alhama de Murcia.

. 00h: Within the program Ecoferia talk "Benefits of organic food", by Ms. Maria Dolores Raigón, PhD in Agricultural Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, in the House of Culture at 11 will take place.

Also at 13: 00h there will be a presentation and tasting of goat cheese Caprilac, accompanied by red wine and white Tomás Ferro.
