No works that show legends, signs or marks are accepted.
PRESENTATION OF WORKS
6. The works will be presented, in person or by transport agency prepaid with returnable packaging (of rigid material, eg wood) or solid enough to return later in the same, secure the integrity of the work.
The only place of delivery of the works is the Department of Culture and Heritage of the City of Alhama de Murcia, from 8:00 am to 14:00, Monday to Friday and Tuesday from 16.30 to 19.00.
The insurance would be made on behalf of each of the participantes.El maximum period of delivery will be on Friday June 10, 2016.
7. With the work must be attached an envelope posted in a visible place, where indicated outside the pseudonym, which will be the same in all entries.
This envelope is to be closed and contain: name and surname, address, age, telephone number, e-mail, a short CV, photocopy of ID (or similar document if abroad) and digital copies of works in JPEG with a resolution 300 ppi.
If the works have titles, attach a list with the number of each work and the corresponding title.
9. The City of Alhama de Murcia not responsible for the damages that could suffer works from delivery to return, although the zeal in their conservation and take extreme manipulation.
EXHIBITION OF WORKS AND PRIZE choose
10. With the winning works and the set of selected by the jury as finalists from among the submitted works, an exhibition at the Archaeological Museum Los Baños, July 8 to August 31, 2016 will be held.
11. The awards ceremony will take place in a public ceremony, on July 8, 2016 at the Archaeological Museum Los Baños, in the opening of the exhibition.
COLLECTION OF WORKS BY THEIR AUTHORS
12. The deadline for withdrawal of the works is from September 8 to November 30, 2016, in the same place of delivery.
After these deadlines, no collected works would become part of the artistic merits of this council, which will get all rights to them.
Collection costs be borne by the author.
The works will be withdrawn by their authors by receipt of the receipt that were given at the time of the presentation of the photographs.
FINAL CLAUSE
13. Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of the rules, whose interpretation is solely for the jury and the City Council, which may modify the benefit of the aims of the award, no decisions can be made against any claim.
