In May 2020, the City Council subsidized the amount of 5,000 euros to defray the expenses of the institution's program and deal with situations of urgent need of those families registered in the municipality of Alhama de Murcia and who are in a precarious situation economic and / or social exclusion.On the date that the aforementioned agreement was processed, the municipal budget for 2020 was not definitively approved, therefore the total amount expected for this item could not be applied, which was 6,000 euros.
.Due to the serious social consequences of the health crisis, the number of people who demand support to meet food and other basic needs has increased.
Therefore, it has been decided to extend the agreement with an amount of 1,000 euros more to be able to correctly complete the execution of the actions detailed in said agreement.
