The Alhama de Murcia City Council has signed a new agreement with the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, through the Murcian Institute of Social Action (IMAS), for the provision of home help services for dependents.It is a service consisting of the set of actions carried out in the homes of these neighbors in order to meet the needs of daily life and increase their autonomy, making it possible to stay there. The actions will be the following: • Services related to personal attention aimed at promoting and maintaining the beneficiary's personal autonomy, fostering appropriate habits and acquiring basic skills in carrying out activities of daily living. • Services related to the care of domestic or household needs: cleaning, washing, cooking or others.
These services may only be provided in conjunction with those indicated in the previous section. These actions must be provided by entities or companies duly accredited by the Accreditation and Inspection Service of the CARM Department of Women, Equality, LGTBI, Families and Social Policy.Those people who have a recognized dependency situation in a protectable degree and the right to home help service may benefit.Regarding the schedule for cleaning tasks and mobility aid (lifting), they will be carried out, in general, in the morning from 7:00 to 11:00 h .; and cleaning tasks and mobility assistance (going to bed) will be carried out, in general, in the afternoon from 6:00 p.m.
If the provision of the service is considered pertinent during Saturday afternoons, Sundays and holidays, it should be taken into account that it is for the coverage of personal tasks, exclusively for people with recognition of degree 2 and 3 of dependency and who do not have any possibility of family and / or informal help or support and must be justified in your start certificate.The total cost of this agreement, including in the amount the contribution that corresponds to the user according to the copayment regulations, during the period from August 1, 2020 to March 31, 2022, amounts to a maximum amount of 625,520 euros, with the following distribution:2020 (08-01-2020 to 11-30-2020):8,936 hours, € 125,104.00 total cost of the agreement, € 23,769 user contribution and € 76 101,334.24 contribution from IMAS.2021 (12-01-2020 to 11-30-2021):26,808 hours, € 375,312.00 total cost of the agreement, € 71,309.28 user contribution and € 304,002.72 contribution from IMAS 2022 (01-12-2021 to 31-03-2022): 8,936 hours, € 125,104.00 total cost of the agreement, € 23,769.76 user contribution and € 101,334.24 contribution from IMAS.TOTAL: 44,680 hours, € 625,520.00 total cost of the agreement, € 118,848.80 from user contributions and € 506,671.20 contribution from IMAS.The determination of the hourly cost of the home help service for dependent people was made at € 14.The agreement establishes that the Murcian Institute of Social Action must notify the Alhama de Murcia City Council of registrations and cancellations of the service, as well as transfer the personal data that, working in its files, correspond to the persons recognized with the right to the benefit.
In addition, the IMAS will have to finance the cost of the home help service for dependent people, according to the agreement.
Another point is the monitoring, supervision and evaluation of the service and appointing a technical coordinator and another administrative coordinator for the tasks arising from the service. The City Council, for its part, undertakes to provide the service, which must begin within a maximum of 15 days from the communication to the Social Services of the City Council.
The local entity will send through the computer program, ICC, the initiation diligence document which will contain the weekly time distribution of the beneficiary and their Individual Attention Program.
The beneficiary's withdrawal requests, as well as the incidents that may occur, must also be sent and the certification certifying the cost and fulfillment of the service by object of the agreement for months sold must be issued, within a maximum period of 10 days following the period that corresponds.
