The Local Government Board on July 7 approved the collaboration agreement between the City of Alhama de Murcia, through the Department of Youth, and the Eclectic Cultural Musician Association of the town with the aim of managing the organization of the local rehearsal of young music groups, as well as their activities and events.By virtue of the agreement, which lasts for a year, the Alhameño City Council temporarily cedes this space, located on Calle Estación No.

29, municipally owned, with the aim of dedicating it to a local music rehearsal.

The text stipulates that workshops and other types of cultural activities related to the association or entities that make use of this space can also be carried out. Hours are established between 9:00 a.m.

and 11:00 p.m.

Monday to Sunday in winter and until 0:00 in summer. Given the situation derived from the Covid-19 pandemic, the space must have special cleaning and hygiene measures, according to regulations:Two daily cleanings for disinfection.The members of the premises user groups are obliged to:Go with absence of disease and symptoms compatible with the virus.Absence of close contact with positive people or with compatible symptoms confirmed in the previous 14 days.Be asymptomatic for 48 hours in case of non-Covid-19-related symptoms and 14 days in the case of compatible symptoms.Ventilation of the facilities, twice a day, for at least 10 minutes. Space of 30 minutes between one group and another to collect instruments and other utensils, in addition to disinfecting the common areas.Use of a mask, with the exception of the vocalists -but they should be at least two meters away from the rest of the group's members-, and physical distance, whenever possible, of two meters among all people participating in the activity.Spectators or accompanying persons are not allowed during this pandemic period.Systematic hand washing at the beginning and end of the use of the space.Shifts may not exceed three hours for the same group.Assist Control.Capacity:Rehearsal room: maximum eight people.Living room: maximum six people.
