You can now apply for the Minimum Life Income (IMV) through the Social Security electronic headquarters (19/06/2020)

From this Monday, the residents of Alhama can request the minimum vital income, the new benefit approved by the Government "to reduce the level of poverty and exclusion." These grants may be requested through the Social Security electronic headquarters.It is a set of measures articulated around a new Social Security benefit that will guarantee a minimum monthly income for households in a situation of special vulnerability.

The IMV aims to correct the structural problems of access to training and employment opportunities, which causes great inequality.Among the requirements is economic vulnerability, that the owner is between 23 and 65 years (except when there are minors in charge), have more than one year of legal and effective residence in Spain or that the estate, once the habitual residence is discounted, is less than three times the annual guaranteed income for a one-person household.The documentation to be submitted is as follows: Identity accreditation (DNI / NIE).Accreditation of legal residence in Spain.Collective and historical registration certificate stating all the people and dates registered at the address, and the date of seniority.Family book that proves the affiliation of the people who are part of the coexistence unit.Responsible declaration of income and wealth Other documentation that may be necessary in certain cases (custody and custody judgment, regulatory agreement, copy of the demand for separation or divorce ...For the correct admission and processing of the IMV benefit, it must be done through the specific channels that the National Institute of Social Security has made available to the citizen, which must be done preferably telematically (before the current closure of the CAISS) by the following channels enabled:If you have an electronic certificate or Cl @ ve, you can request it through the Electronic Office of Social Security, attaching the request and the necessary documentation.

This service can also be used by another person who has an electronic certificate or Cl @ ve and who can act as the representative of the interested party.If you do not have a digital certificate or Cl @ ve you can use the service enabled in the Electronic Office that does not require a certificate.
