The Taxpayer Service Office (collection) opens on Tuesday afternoon during June (13/06/2020)

Its hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m.

to 2:00 p.m.

and Tuesday also from 4:00 p.m.

to 6:30 p.m.

and it is located in Plaza de las Américas, nº 6 bajoThe Alhama City Council, through the Treasury area, informs that the Taxpayer Service Office (collection) will also be open on Tuesday afternoons throughout the month of June, from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m.Specifically, it extends by three Tuesdays the days it provides service in the afternoon with respect to other years: June 16, 23 and 30.

In order to attend in person to those neighbors who want to pay the vehicle and waste fees before the voluntary term ends.This office reopened its doors on May 18, after two months closed as a result of the health emergency caused by Covid-19.

During this time, the service was provided by telephone and telematic attention, by email and by the electronic subsection of tax management and municipal collection.In addition, in this period, the services available in the aforementioned sub-office have been expanded, with the possibility of practicing numerous self-assessments, without the need for a digital certificate.The mercantile ASIREC, the concessionaire of the collection management, in collaboration with the Alhama de Murcia City Council and the external service for the prevention of occupational risks CUALTIS, have adopted the appropriate preventive and organizational measures to guarantee the safety of workers and users.

The latter must follow the following instructions:LIMITED CAPACITY- They must wait outside at the marks marked on the ground and avoid crowds.- Capacity limited to 2 people.- You must go from 1 to 1 by call and according to availability in the customer service positions.INSIDE THE OFFICE- Only one person should enter.- The safety distance must be maintained (more than 2 meters).- The use of a mask is mandatory.- You must use the disinfectant gel when entering and leaving the office.CATASTRO MANAGEMENT- To be attended, you must make an appointment by calling 968 636 780 - Extension 206.- You will only be attended on time, with an approximate margin of 5 minutes.- It will only be attended by appointment.OTHER TIPS- Try to have your ID at hand.- Pay attention to the office staff at all times.- Use your own pen and carry all the ordered documentation.- Payment by bank card is recommended whenever possible.If you have any questions, you can call 968 636 780.
