This morning, the Councilor for Animal Welfare, Antonio Espinosa, has announced the reopening of the two pipicans in the town, both the one located in Nueva Espuña and the one located on Villalar Street, together with the Local Police offices.Given the health situation we live in, the City Council has established regulations to access these places, among which is the capacity limited to four people.
