These include:An immediate payment plan for suppliers so that, to the extent of the City Council's possibilities, they have the maximum liquidity possible to face these times of uncertainty and social isolation.The postponement or fractioning of debts in a voluntary period, without interest for delay.The modification of the taxpayer's calendar, as well as tax ordinances to, depending on the cases, extend the payment terms, proceed to the return of the corresponding amount or reduce the corresponding proportional part.The financing of economic and social measures, with a provision of up to € 859,248, through a Social Contingency Plan to minimize the impact of the crisis by COVID-19, aimed at meeting the needs of those most vulnerable people and groups, to be distributed in: € 321,000 in aid to the affected sectors, € 231,248 in a social contingency plan, which increases the already budgeted items of Social Services, € 207,000 for a Municipal Employment Plan and € 100,000 for an unallocated contingency fund of start.A Program of aid € 321,000 for businesses, commercial premises, small companies and the self-employed, due to the decrease in business capacity and the drop in sales, due to the state of alarm.The Municipal Employment Program, with an economic endowment, € 207,000, which includes the hiring of unemployed, mentally ill and / or disabled people for a value of € 84,093.78.

As well as tax credits to companies for hiring people at risk of social exclusion and victims of gender violence, as well as for promoting employment (ICIO and IAE).The Attention Office from which the service of attention to self-employed, merchants and businessmen of the town, affected by the closure of their activity, will be reinforced and promoted.The daily reinforcement for cleaning and disinfection in roads, spaces, public buildings and busy areas of the municipality and districts.A Monitoring Committee for the application of these measures, made up of political representatives from all municipal groups.From IU-Greens we have defended a more solidary way out of the Covid-19 crisis, and that it was not the time for partisan discussions or debates.

For this, on March 28, the Municipal Group of IU-Greens proposed the adoption of urgent municipal measures of social protection and economic stimulus in the face of the covid-19 crisis in which we have been working, together with the proposals of the rest of Groups, in an agreement of socio-economic measures to be adopted by our City Council.At IU-Verdes Alhama, we hope that, from the maneuvering capacity that we have in the Local Administration, this agreement will contribute to improving the situation of Alhama's neighbors.
