From April 1 they already pay 20% less than the previous installmentIn the ordinary plenary session of November 2019, the City Council approved a 20% reduction in the quarterly industrial water rate. A measure that had been requested by the Alhama Cattlemen's Association, in which they requested a reduction in the price of the consumption quota of the first 2,000 m3 / quarter of the drinking water supply rate, included in the general regulatory ordinance of fees for the provision of service under public law for industrial subscribers. The motivation of this modification has been to support the development of the livestock, industrial and commercial sector of the municipality of Alhama de Murcia, from which nearly 600 subscribers already benefit, including shops, cafes, bars, bakeries, livestock farms, restaurants, industries etc.The current consumption quota is as follows:• Quarterly subscribers.
1st block (up to 2,000 m3 per quarter) ? € 1.2 / m3 (savings: 21%, up to € 2,548.80 less per year).• Quarterly subscribers.
2nd block (from 2,000 m3 quarter) ? € 1,5186 / m3.Previous fee:• Quarterly subscribers, one-time fee for each m3 ? € 1,5186.
