Given the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus worldwide and its expansion in our Region, yesterday the second meeting of the Health and Safety Committee of the City of Alhama de Murcia took place.
It has been decided to take the following prevention measures, following the health recommendations of the competent authorities.
These measures will remain active, at least, until March 31 or until a new official statement:
- All activities scheduled directly by the City Council or carried out in municipal facilities are suspended or postponed.
Including cultural, sports, leisure, tourism, seniors, educational workshops, etc.
As a result, the activities of the Theater, awards ceremonies and cinema projections, which were planned at the Teatro-Cine Velasco, as well as the exhibitions at the Los Baños Archaeological Museum and at the El Cartelito Exhibition Center are suspended.
