From the Ruta del Sol Club they communicate the suspension of the XX Murcia Region Rally, which was to take place this weekend, with routes of old and classic cars through various locations, with the collaboration of the Alhama City Council.
This year, the Murcia Region Rally of Antique and Classic Cars celebrates its 20th edition, and it had chosen Alhama among the six municipalities to carry out its traditional itinerary, along with Archena, Mula, Totana, Lorca and Murcia.
More than thirty classic vehicles from 1907 to 1964 were scheduled to walk through the urban area on Friday, March 13, from the brands Citroën, Fiat, Morris, Rolls Royce, Packard, Cadillac and Mercedes-Benz, among others.
Alhama has a long journey of days of classic cars, especially in the patron saint festivities, where a traditional concentration of these relics is celebrated.
Participants from all points of the national geography travel to 'the heart of the Region,' making the activity one of the most recognized by automotive fans.
