The orange formation, deeply blurred and in free fall after the rise of the Vox ultra-right and the escape of its voters, returns to resort to the espepento, as it already did in the local elections of May, with continuous intoxication towards the local Government
From the Socialist Party of Alhama we show our total respect for the free decision of each neighbor or neighbor to demonstrate, a right included in article 21 of the Spanish Constitution.
In this regard on October 29, the parties C's, PP and Vox organized a concentration in front of the City Council one hour before the start of the regular plenary session.
Our group has not questioned it at any time.
However, we cannot ignore and regret the shameful behavior of some of the protesters during the Plenary, encouraged by those same parties, who uploaded banners and constantly interrupted the session once started with insults, shouts and noise with all kinds of cachivaches .
The Plenary of the Corporation is the highest representative body of the residents of Alhama and, as such, must be respected.
The parties calling the demonstration did not ask these people, invited by them, to keep due decorum.
The interventions of the spokesmen of these three groups in the Plenary were more typical of a political meeting than of a serious debate;
This way we could see how the Vox spokeswoman has become the new opposition leader of the Municipal Corporation.
Regarding the accusations of Citizens for the comments of a socialist militant in the radio talk show of Cope Espuña, it should be remembered that Alhama's media for these spaces do not ask for party representatives, but rather invite them in a personal capacity.
We respect the opinion of all our militants, and also that of Mr. López Melgarejo, who in his demonstrations is not speaking on behalf of the Socialist Party, but individually.
In any case this militant has clarified that his comments were addressed to the two or three people who were disturbing the Plenary in a disrespectful way, we do not know if directed by the parties of the right.
The Councilor for Finance, Felipe García, explained during his presentation in detail the economic situation of the City Council and the proposal to update the Fiscal Ordinances 2020, which aim to maintain and expand public services and investments implemented in recent years, in front of an Autonomous Community that has abandoned to its fate the municipalities of the Region and that is not responsible for the expenses that correspond to it, forcing the municipalities to choose between financing these services or stop providing them.
Given these data, the right was devoted to empty criticism without making any credible proposal, as has been happening at the meetings of the Information Commissions before the plenary sessions.
From here we invite the councilors of the opposition to have a serious monographic debate on where each euro cent that goes from the taxes of the residents of Alhama is destined.
While the Socialist Party is committed to equal opportunities and accessible and quality public services, the right-wing parties seek to do business with them through their customer networks, following the model of these 25 years in the Autonomous Community.
