eLPOZO ALIMENTACIÃ“N participates in Anuga 2019, the world's number one fair of food for commerce, gastronomy and consumption outside the home that is held every two years in Cologne with the aim of positioning its brand of ExtraTiernos fresh products, as leader inside the butcher shop in Europe.
Specifically, the foods included in this brand are characterized by an exclusive tendering process that gives meat more juiciness and tenderness and already leads the Spanish market, where it is a benchmark in the innovation of fresh products.
eLPOZO ALIMENTACIÃ“N also exhibits in this fair its wide range of solutions for export with innovations such as sliced â€‹â€‹serrano ham that do not need cold, or the new image of the family of fuetec, among others.
The stand, with more than 130m2, is one of the most spectacular of the fair, has several work areas, exhibitors and a kitchen area where the chef José Dólera from Murcia prepares daily recipes with brand products.
In addition, a hanger with Consorcio hams and a selection of Iberian hams is exhibited.
Anuga presents the most important innovations, as well as current and future trends in the world and is a meeting point for all decision makers in the food industry.
The last edition had 7,405 exhibitors from 107 countries and was visited by more than 16,500 visitors.
