The mayor of Alhama, Mariola Guevara, has closed on Thursday the I Talent Stimulation Program, launched by the City Council and has been carried out through an extracurricular enrichment workshop, with primary and secondary students with high capacities of the municipality and its districts.
A pioneering experience in the Region of Murcia.
This activity is free and its objective is to provide equal access to opportunities for these children.
More concretely:
• Encourage the development of the student's abilities.
• Stimulate the creativity of each student in the context of different intellectual areas.
• Provide experiences and resources so that students can express their potential.
• Enhance social-emotional adjustment and social skills.
The workshops were held on a weekly basis, in the afternoon and with a duration of two hours, on May 16, 23 and 30 and June 6, 13, 20 and 27 from 5:30 to 19:00 : 30 hours, in the young space 'La Guarida', located in the lower part of the Circle.
The diffusion has been carried out through the educational centers, and has counted as professional coordinator with the specialist Carolina Belchí.
