Local Government and Community of Irrigators collaborate in the improvement of infrastructures (11/01/2019)

The municipal government has met with the Community of Irrigators of Alhama de Murcia to learn about phase 4 of the works for the improvement, modernization and consolidation plan for irrigation.

Recently the City Council has granted authorization for two works: the storage reservoir in the spot of Las Cabezuelas and the installation of a deficient section of the Amarguillo TV pipeline.

The objective of the meeting is to maintain a close relationship and seek channels of collaboration in the development of these projects.

In addition, both parties have set out to study the best option for the crossing of an irrigation pipe on the n.340 road at the height of the fire station.
