The contract to carry out the works of the new municipal sports pavilion located in the area of ​​El Praíco has already been awarded, following the agreement of the Local Government Board of August 31, 2018, the technical reports and the minutes of the contracting table .
The UTE formed by Avance y Desarrollo de Obras SL and INESCO SA has been classified first with a score of 83.82 points.
This sports facility is financed entirely by the fruit and vegetable company El Alhameña El Ciruelo, through a donation of 1,380,000 euros, will serve the new IES Valle de Leiva during school hours and will be of public use the rest of the time.
The City Council is the one who has executed the project, whose operation is scheduled within a maximum period of eight months from the signing of the contract.
