The two courses are framed within the actions developed by the Project 'LABOR: A step towards employability'.

This initiative is co-financed by the Murciano Institute of Social Action by 20% and by the European Social Fund by 80%.

This project aims to inform, train and guide unemployed people, and at risk of social exclusion, on aspects related to access to the world of work.

It aims to support the labor insertion process of those people who actively seek a change in their unemployment situation and find themselves with special difficulties to achieve it.

In collaboration with the Union of Small Farmers of the Region of Murcia (UPA-Murcia), four training courses have been carried out that have complemented the training of gardening carried out.

They have been carried out between the months of April and May in the facilities of the San Roque Social Center, of which a maximum of 25 people have benefited in each course.

In particular, the following courses have been carried out: basic phytosanitary, almond and olive grafting, ecological agriculture and fruit pruning.
