The City of Alhama de Murcia reports through the Department of Culture and Heritage, over the course of the Universidad del Mar "Balneroterapia. The medical use of thermal waters through history" that houses the town from 13 to 19 September this year.

This course is intended for professionals and students of Health Sciences (Medicine, Nursing, Physiotherapy), Biology, Geology, History, Geography, Technicians / Assistants in Thermal Techniques and Aesthetics, other professionals and students of Degree and Diploma related, or Anyone interested in the subject.

The main objectives of the course, to be held in the Business Incubator of the locality, are generally close to the water as a therapeutic agent.

Establish the basis for understanding the hot springs in different cultures and eras of history.

Know the origin of the hot springs.

View current situation and trends in the treatments carried out with hot springs.
