Yesterday, Thursday 27 May, within the programming of the twentieth week of elders, held a poetry reading, which were read the poems submitted to the contest and selected by the jury.

The call for this year have involved: Antonia Pérez Moreno, Gertrude Balsas López, Joan Simón Fernández, Clemente Garcia Rubio, Alfonso Luque Diaz, Luisa Martínez Muñoz, Juan Belchí Cerón, in addition to the three awards were: First prize: M ª Carmen Hernandez Peñalver, 2 nd prize, Isabel Gonzalez Montalban and 3 rd prize Aledo M ª Cruz Rubio.

The ceremony was very emotional and during the Mayor of the town, José Espadas and Senior Councillor, Soledad Tudela, presented the awards and a reminder to all participants.
