Effusive participation in the sixth edition of the contest: "No Discrimination, without violence and on equal terms."
In total we have counted 30 posters whose theme captures the action and awareness against gender violence in favor of equal opportunities between women and men.
This year we have had participants from different parts of Spain: Madrid, Catalonia, Comunidad Valenciana, apart from a large sample of contestants from Alhama and its surroundings.
The contest ended with the selection of the winning poster prize has gone to the alhameño Francisco Melgarejo Segura.
Moreover, the Office of Women reported that the poster will be used next season to commemorate the International Women Day, March 8, 2009.
Alhama City Council welcomes the participation to all participants and congratulate the winner, who will receive the award on November 26, after reading the manifesto against violence.
The sample will be exposed to the public from November 25 to December 2 in the House of Culture.
