This morning, Mayor Diego Conesa, with Juan Antonio Muñoz, and Andres Sanchez, president and secretary of the FREMM, Regional Federation of Employers of the Metal of Murcia, have signed a cooperation agreement at the Center for Employment and Training.

Diego Conesa has stated that the cooperation agreement is based on four main lines: the promotion of employment in the metal sector, the fight against the underground economy, streamlining of administrative procedures and training.

Conesa, noted the importance of training to find, create and maintain employment.

As it has mended that, is this line of action by betting, and better support the FREMM count, which is credited with the best experience and knowledge, and support to help companies Alhama.

Juan Antonio Muñoz, president of the FREMM, said that this agreement is a way to bring and publicize the services the FREMM can offer municipalities and companies associated or not.

Muñoz has mended that the end of this agreement is to stimulate the development of entrepreneurship, training for employment, the fight against the underground economy, and introduce the companies "4th industrial revolution 4.0", given the great importance have ICT (Information and Communication) for companies in their day-to-day activity.

For his part, Andres Sanchez, secretary of the FREMM, thanked the corporation maximum cooperation from the beginning have given them.

Finally, Diego Conesa, has stated that there are about seventy companies that will benefit from this agreement in the municipality of Alhama and similarly, the companies setting up in the future, need profiles of mechanical, electrical and maintenance personnel and it is, in this training, which will work intensively in the coming years.

After completing the signing ceremony, representatives of companies Alhama assistants, along with the mayor and members of the FREMM, have held a meeting to further explain the agreement to employers.
