The project "Accelerator of the Entrepreneur of Alhama de Murcia" aims to foster entrepreneurial culture, training, and mentoring with integral support so that the recipient groups materialize their business and professional plan.
It seeks to convey the principles and values ​​associated with entrepreneurship and, on the other hand, the development of new entrepreneurial initiatives through the introduction of the basic concepts in the entrepreneurial culture as an opportunity to improve one's own employability.
In December 2016 a subsidy was requested for the realization of the same to the INCYDE Foundation, with the total budget of 168.700 €, and the subsidy requested that has already been granted amounts to 134.960 €.
There will be two editions of the formative itinerary, one by the end of the year, and another in the first half of 2018, and each will carry out the following activities:
1. Three days of motivation and awareness of the entrepreneurial culture, with which it aims to achieve a double objective:
Each day has a duration of 4 hours and will deal with content such as innovation, creativity, social responsibility and entrepreneurship as a basic aptitude for personal and work life, difference between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship, opportunities to undertake in Murcia, As well as the competencies of the entrepreneurial culture.

2. Ten training, group and face-to-face workshops, with an innovative approach combining motivation, awareness, practical methodology, training in knowledge and skills, will give place to the 10 MASTERCLASS provided in the training program for each edition:
Masterclass 1: Creativity and Innovation for entrepreneurship.
Masterclass 2: Methodology for a strategic reflection adapted to the entrepreneurs.
Masterclass 3: Innovation in the business model: a strategic change oriented to results.
Masterclass 4: How to move from ideas to action?
Masterclass 5: Undertake my business idea.
Masterclass 6: Personal skills and abilities to undertake
Masterclass 7: Business Idea and Technology as a Tool to Start
Masterclass 8: My business plan
Masterclass 9: The financial economic plan and contingency plan
Masterclass 10: Roadmap for Business Creation

At the end of each workshop will be entrusted tasks to the participants who must develop individually.
With these activities it is a question of establishing knowledge and putting into practice what has been learned in the classroom, landing it in reality and the self-employment project specific to each one.

3. Individualized mentoring consultancies to support the start of the activity for those who wish to advance beyond the business plan and start the steps to start the business.
The objective of these tutorials is that each participant can move forward in their strategic personal entrepreneur plan, identifying weaknesses on which to work and strengths to rely on.
These tutorials will be face-to-face.
With the aim of disseminating the aforementioned activities, and to facilitate the registration of all those interested in this project, a web page has been developed, available through the Department of Employment and Local Development on the municipal website, with self-control : Alhamaemprende.es and that is formed by the following contents:
- For registration in the 6 different initial information chats (upon opening the registration, you will be given the option of the different scheduled dates that will be separated between the 1st and 2nd phases so that the interested party can mark the one (s) that most interests him / And thus be able to square the attendants).

- Schedule of planned actions, so that the possible user can know when a new phase begins.
