On June 7, the Local Government Board approved a proposal by the Councilor for Urban Planning, Antonio José Caja, to purchase land for the construction of the access road to the future IES Valle de Leiva.
These are two portions of land, which, according to cadastral data, add up to 563 m2 separated from a farm of 10,000 m2 located in the area of ​​El Praíco.
These lands will be used for the execution of works of adaptation of the free space in the neighborhood of Los Dolores, according to the technical project drafted, pending its recruitment.
The road will give access to the teaching center of the new IES Valle de Leiva, next building on the same site.
The City Council has requested the authorization of the property to occupy the land to execute the infrastructure works as soon as possible, as well as their sale and purchase once the physical and legal purification of the property has been carried out.
The total amount of land is 17,386.67 euros.
