With the approval of this motion, all parties agreed to earmark a percentage of investments to this participatory process: 30% in budget 2016, 40% in the budget of 2017 and 50% in the 2018 budget.
In addition, the creation of a working committee (powerplant) responsible for drafting a basic proposal of operation that, over time, should be formalized as regulations became indispensable.
This engine group, comprising representatives of all local groups and other local residents, has worked for three months to define the pilot participatory budget 2016, which will be launched in September process.
