The City Council of Alhama de Murcia urges all owners of lots and plots to clean them and keep them in the required legal conditions within TEN DAYS.
The objective of this measure is to avoid damages to the neighbors and possible dangers that can be caused by the burning of stubble and other waste.
Once the term has expired without having complied with this side, the administration will issue the corresponding execution orders, with the consequences that may arise therefrom.
The measure is taken after confirming the existence of multiple lots in the municipality that have a poor state of conservation, full of bushes, debris and other waste that, in addition to disfiguring the urban area, are photos of mosquitoes, rodents, snakes and other insects, as well as multiple grass plants that cause health problems.
Article 110 of the Law of Territorial and Urban Planning of the Region of Murcia determines that the owners of the land and buildings must keep them in conditions of safety, health and public decoration.
