PALANCARES ALIMENTACIÓN grows 15% in its sales volume in 2018, based on innovation (07/02/2019)

It maintains an investment rhythm of 2 million euros per year to increase its productive efficiency

PALANCARES ALIMENTACIÓN closed the financial year 2018 with an increase in sales volume of 15 percent, supported by the innovation of its latest releases.

The company has incorporated a new range of chopped cheese wedges, a family of 100% fresh goat milk cheese and tapas in different formats with an international focus.

In addition, it was the first in Spain to incorporate an indicator of flavor intensity in cheese.

These new references join the extensive catalog that Palancares elaborates in its facilities of Bullas, from goat, cow and sheep milk, both in fresh cheeses, pressed, creams and formats specially designed to cover the specific needs of modern restoration.

Its artisan tradition allows it to produce a magnificent collection of cheeses and with a certified Denomination of Origin, such as Murcia al Vino and Murcia Cured Cheese.

At the investment level, it has been at a steady pace for several years with an annual budget of 2 million euros to increase the company's productive efficiency, expanding its production capacity and incorporating state-of-the-art technology.

PALANCARES has avant-garde facilities with the aim of making its cheeses a benchmark inside and outside the country, and a strategy based on a permanent commitment to innovation, product diversification and healthy eating.

As a result of this innovation, it was the first to bring a lactose-free cheese to the market, currently converted into a specific category.
